Contest Rules

Entrants must be legal Washington residents who are 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address.

Employees of Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage, PortaBox, Benevia, AliaWorks, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

How To Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. You can enter one time per time period 1 (February 8, 2012 through June 30, 2012) on any day of the entry period; but only one entry per person per e-mail address. If double entries are received only one will be counted in the winning pool. Entry has to be received at least 1 hour before winning drawing to be eligible. Any entry received after 1 hour before winning ticket is drawn will be deemed null and void and disallowed. To enter, complete the form located here. Entry constitutes an assignment to Sponsors of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials, if any. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.

Sponsors are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsors or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsors are also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel the giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted.

During the time period which is beginning Wednesday, February 8, 2012 through Saturday, June 30, 2012, if a winning ticket is purchased that matches the Power Ball jackpot EVERYONE verified to be legally and properly entered will be awarded an equal share. At the end of the term all previous entries will be eliminated for the sweepstakes. A new entry will be required to be eligible for any other sweepstakes.

Winning entrants will be notified by their e-mail address used for the entry form and will have 180 days to claim prize. All prizes that go unclaimed will be donated to a charity or charities of our choice.

This contest is void wherever prohibited by law.

Washington Powerball drawings are held at 7:59 p.m. Pacific Time every Wednesday and Saturday or per Washington State rules.

The Prize(s)

The prize will be awarded if one of the tickets purchased match all numbers drawn including the powerball.The prize(s) consists of the remaining pool from the Power Ball jackpot grand prize 1 time payout option after any and all federal, state and local taxes and handling fees have been deducted divided by the number of legally entered participants.
