The 2 young men you sent were very good with my furnishings which are quite expensive. We have to move in 6-12 months and will be using Hansen again. Ken S. - 2/25/2012 I've used Hansen Bros. for every move I have made in the Seattle area. I wanted to let you know that the crew who moved me did a good job. However, at 11:30 a.m. they said they ran out of boxes and didn't offer a great solution beyond 'we'll be back to get more'. They left items in the kitchen (everything else was packed), and they said they would go to lunch and would meet me at the apartment (where I was moving).

Our move consultant Jim was fantastic--showed up at our house on a Saturday and had our move in progress within days. The movers were super friendly and took excellent care of our things. Thank you SO much. I will absolutely recommend Hansen Bros. to others. You lowered our stress during a very stressful time in our lives.

Mandy M. - 1/17/12 I knew I was in good hands as soon as Lisa came to my house to give me an estimate. She was absolutely delightful, and really put me at ease with the entire "move" process. She is a gem, and is a large part of why I ultimately chose Hansen Bros to move me. Also, the movers that came out were great - very professional, friendly, courteous, careful and fast. They did a superb job and not 1 thing was damaged or even scratched. I even had boxes of delicate antique crystal glasses, and not one of them even had a chip.

Kim M. - 1/6/2012 My movers were great, but they got lost and I was charged $100 more than the estimate I was given because of the time spent on the road. I indicated it was a new address and hard to find, and was available to give directions. I don't feel it was fair that I was charged over for their drive time. Can I be reimbursed? Other than that, I had a great experience. The movers were very careful and courteous, and it was easy to work with Hansen Bros. Thank you!

When I called to schedule I think it was Bruce, set it up, but then had me call another person (Rick) I think...to confirm time and the rest. I think it would be easier if I only had to contact Hansen Brothers once. Rick was busy so we played phone tag. But the service was exceptional with the movers!

David H. - 12/24/2011 For 31 years you have stored, shipped, allowed access, removal and consolidation of our various household goods. As parents died, more was added, exchanged and removed. As children grew, married, established households more was withdrawn. This month I had Arsen and Blake deliver the last of our goods to my home. They did an extraordinary job of delivering so that I could unpack and redistribute these few remaining items. Throughout the entire time, your staff have been courteous and helpful for all our needs, from the warehousemen to the people in the billing office.
