Appreciated the flexibility and patience as I needed to put on felt protection on each furniture item before furniture could be set up on new hardwood floors.

Dallas, Cris T and Dennis did a great job with our move today. Very professional, careful with our belongings, communicated each step of the way. What a great team! I also have to commend Paula for doing a great job explaining all aspects of the move and providing a clear and comprehensive bid. I will highly recommend Hansen Bros. to anyone needing moving and storage services.

This three person crew were friendly, courteous and careful with our belongings while still moving efficiently up and down the numerous stairs and driveway ramp: Sam, Josh, and Mike.

The crew was very good liked the work that they performed they were very helpful and answered all questions and asked if we had any concerns.

Chris and Drew were super awesome. Our office entry is kind of tricky to maneuver, thanks to Chris, we were able to get everything safely moved inside. they were quick and knowledgeable, the best moving crew we have ever worked with. we wouldn't have done it without Chris! I've experienced really exceptional service from Bruce, who helped me with booking both of my moves, as well as John (and his great team mates) who handled the actual moves. Everyone I chatted with, including John in the Aurora office who confirmed my move times, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Having moved back and forth from New York City in the past few years, Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage blows my previous movers out of the water. Thank you for such a great experience. It was more than I expected.

Your men worked under extreme weather conditions and heavy road construction and parking delays. Chris, John and Kevin are "keepers" and served us very well.

I would like to thank Antonio for his professionalism throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and sense of humor and ability to remain calm says a lot about him as a person. He moved me from Lynnwood to Maple Falls without a hitch. Also, Ronald who helped Antonio in Maple Falls worked hard and did it with a smile on his face. He was very nice and professional.
