From the very start, everyone has been attentive and very helpful, always checking in with updates. Very professional - we appreciate everyone!!!!! We would definitely use Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage again.

I’ve lived in Seattle area since 1950. Hansen Bros. was always the hometown company on everyone’s radar and because of its consistent fine reputation I looked no further. I couldn’t have been happier with the job they did. I’m a geezer now so need help with things. To have three strong young men to do the heavy work was a necessity. Thanx for the help Hansen Bros.!

Had Dallas, Chris, and Patrick to help with my move last Friday and the crew was communicative and responsive from pre-arrive throughout the entirety of the move. They were resourceful and were always planning and thinking ahead. All 3 crew members were friendly and helpful throughout. Dave, their relocation specialist came out and spent time assessing the move and did a thorough job during my selection process and they were the only ones that came out and did that for free even before I chose them out of the 4 companies that I contacted and got quotes from. The professionalism and assessment of completion cost made me feel confident about the move. John M, their operations manager kept communications open and was checking in with me before the actual date which also gave me a good impression that I was in good hands. Overall, I felt the cost was reasonable and the time estimate for the effort was accurate (actually final cost was slightly less than estimated since the move went very smoothly). I would recommend this company or use for my next move.

It was delightful working with your crew!

Alfredo and Blayde comprised the crew moving my goods from one apartment to another. They were courteous, helpful, professional, and just a delight to have as our movers. Just when I thought customer service was dead or at best an oxymoron, Hansen Bros. proved me wrong and I am very happy about that! I can see why they have been around since 1890. Thanks for the pleasant move. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a smooth, courteous, professional, and pain free move.

We’ve moved a lot (through corporate) although this particular move was not corporate, I feel like I’ve had quite a lot of experience with moving. Yesterday’s move “back in” went very smoothly. All three men worked well together (no petty hierarchy struggles that often show up) they were respectful of our home and things. They were very hard working and professional. I would strongly recommend working with Hansen Bros. and a shout out to Ronald, Gabe and Steve from the Newcastle office! Job well done.

I was extremely skeptical about using a moving company, having read many horror stories. From your first contact, I was impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of your company. On moving day, Andrew, Isaac, and Carlos were amazing. It was clear that choosing Hanson Brothers was one of the smartest decisions we made about moving.
