True that my crew wasn't on time - they ran over late from the morning - I'd just suggest that someone could have called me to give me an update on that, but I was updated when I called in. No worries - but in the event someone else is pissy, that would've been helpful. My crew was great! Kevin, Kenny, Chris (I think I remember the names correctly) - quick, efficient, with wonderful humor sprinkled in! They were great fun and so very appreciated!

Movers misplaced a piece of the elevator when they finished. It took some time for the building manager to relocate the piece.

Communications was a bit of an issue. We didn't get the confirmation call that we were told would occur, but the crew showed up right on time and got to work. Not a big deal, but that could have been better. Paula was excellent, very professional and knows the moving business well.

Zack and his crews were outstanding on both ends of the move. We appreciate everything that was done for us.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, kind and reliable. I have no reason not to call on you folks again and if the occasion occurs, I will! My thanks to all.

We used Hansen Bros 11 years ago and liked the service then. This was a much bigger move for us and felt comfortable enough to use your service again. The move crew was great and they worked real hard to assure the job was done on time. Thank you!
