This is the third time we have moved in as many years, and the Hansen Bros. team stands head and shoulders above the rest. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The moving team worked deliberately and efficiently without feeling like we were standing in a whirlwind or wondering if our things were going to be damaged. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Hansen Bros. We will recommend them to others, and we also plan to use them for our next move.

Really great job. My husband and I have moved many times in our lives. Your salesman and moving crew were the best!! Brian really worked with me even after he had the job! LOVE him! They all felt like happy, concerned about my junk friends. Ray packed my kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased with the job he did. He felt like family. Lance...what a lifter! Wow! Brendan and Andrew were unbelievably professional and friendly and super moving macho men!! I hope I get to see the twins when they are born! I wanted to adopt Deion by the time it was time for them all to go. Seriously, I've never had such personable, pleasant people move me!

Mike, Lane, and Juan were wonderful -- helpful, courteous, efficient, worked well together as a team and completed the move easily and in a very timely manner. I couldn't have expected better!

Absolutely wonderful company. They return calls quickly, arrive on time for estimate and for any service appointment. They are honest and accommodating. Crew was very professional, careful and efficient. I will never do my own packing (except for private personal items) ever again. They packed in a day what would take us weeks, packed it all into a truck the next day and delivered the following. All at a very reasonable price. AMAZING!

Actually, after our realtor referred us, I remembered that your company moved my dad, mom, brother & I to Bellevue in 1962. I also wanted to say that the team of Rick, Bobby & William was a dream come true! They were very polite, professional and asked if there were anything else that we needed them to move! Very impressive.

The two guys that moved me the first time were great. Very fast and efficient. The last two were very nice guys and professional but much slower than the first two. I hadn't expected that based on my first experience.

I am very happy with the moving experience - my questions were answered, the team showed up on time and did a great job loading and unloading. Besides being great workers, they were polite, thoughtful, and professional. Manager dropped by to make sure all was going well. (For an extra price) The team even hauled away a huge, heavy shelf unit that my new landlord left in a storage unit. Not happy with the landlord but thrilled that the Hansen Bros. team was willing to help me. Only issue is that I am missing a few items....think they were all packed in the same box so trust it is amongst the last few boxes yet to be unpacked, however, if you find a box that needs a home, let me know! And yes, I have already recommended Hansen Bros. to several friends and co-workers who are planning to move within the year.

Great experience with your company. I personally am financially impaired, so I wish I could have given more of a tip to Alex and Jacob. Especially since the elevator was broken at the storage unit. They hoofed everything up 3 floors of stairs. Great guys.
