Overall, I was very impressed with the service. However, one item as left behind at the old house (and the item was specifically listed on the inventory sheet). I asked the head crew guy about it, and he said that he had asked me if he had everything and I said "yes" and so he wasn't responsible for the forgotten item. I told him that I was under stress and pressure with the move and said yes and should have had a walk-through of the house. If we had walked thru, I would have seen the forgotten item. I do take some ownership of saying "yes" making him believe he had gotten everything. In his defense, he made everything good with me and contacted your dispatch and was able to get the forgotten item "off the clock". This was much appreciated and because of his efforts, I gave you all 5's.

The guys didn't put a bookcase where I asked them to after it wouldn’t fit where I originally thought. They move one but not both. I should've double checked but forgot after a very long day. Crew was super nice though and my furniture was well treated.

We had a move that required three phases by the time we were all settled in. At each phase the crews were very conscientious and the office staff was very communicative. We could not have been happier with the process. Thank you

Overall, we were very pleased with the move - the team showed up on time and got to work right away - they were fast, efficient ad very professional. We appreciated the care they took not only of our stuff but also the premises, those we were vacating and those we were moving into. Thank you for a move well done.

Hansen Bros. and the crew - Rick, Antonio, Christian, Jackson, Ruben, and Boubacor - were great when we moved. They worked quickly and efficiently, were very helpful and courteous. Our salesperson, Paula, was super friendly and very helpful. Overall we had a very positive experience with Hansen Bro. and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a moving company.
