Rick, Joe and Chris did a FANTASTIC job. They were incredibly fast yet still tremendously careful with all of our items - absolutely no issues, at all. In addition, they were very friendly and personable. We were absolutely pleased with the level of service we received and would definitely use Hansen Bros. for our next move. Though I hope that doesn't happen for at least a few more years...

We appreciated the in-home bid - other companies just asked questions over the phone and gave a ballpark bid. Our salesperson gave us great tips on what boxes to use, how many we would need, etc. Our crew were Rick, Roman and Mo and they were fantastic! They worked steadily, even running at times, and at the same time they took great care with our things. They finished ahead of estimate and therefore our cost was less than the estimate. In addition to how good they were at the work, they were courteous and entertaining! They made a stressful day almost enjoyable!

Even though I rated high scores for the service I was very disappointed with the communication between the sales person and the operations staff. We were told by the sales person we could make a one day move and the operations dept. said no way? There were no information regarding wardrobe boxes that were to be used and a 60 inch TV box that we were quoted as a $200 charge - we told the sales person we would move the tv ourselves and the crew brought the $200 box and wondered where the tv was? Overall the crew was fantastic and did a great job making the total experience a good one.

Hansen Bros. made the break down of my mom's apartment at University House as painless as possible. Nicole was terrific. I'd describe her as prompt, efficient, and warm and highly enjoyable. She made a stressful time seem that much easier. I'd give her a 5-star rating for sure. She even came over to meet with me on a Sunday on short notice to make sure we got the date we wanted. Many thanks.

Guys were tireless, polite, and respectful. Only had two "casualties": missing screws to a desk and one glass globe from a floor lamp. The estimate by the salesman was accurate, a first in my experience. The truck was the right size for our belongings. I could have used twice the number of wardrobe cartons as were provided: The salesman said he would request 11. The truck and crew arrived with only five. All told, it was as good a move as I could ask for. I recommend highly.

Our movers, Brendon, Dallas and Josh were very professional and we're great packing items I had last minute. Jeff the sales rep was fantastic, it was so neat how he remembered our pets name the next day. I'm a customer service manager myself and he displayed the service I preach. I lost my mother almost a month ago and I needed to get her things out ASAP. The Hansen Team was on it, you rock!

We worked with Benevia to schedule the movers. They were on time, quick, efficient, friendly and professional. I worked with Rick, Keith and Mo and would gladly hire any of them again in the future.

Wonderful Service! The two on-site, super-experienced women who oversaw the move were wonderful. Organized, efficient, compassionate & creative. The three men who helped were equally efficient.
