The crew did a fantastic job. Very professional.

I used Hansen Bros. three times in the past 12 months---move from my house to temp location, some things to and from storage, and then to my new home. Every person I dealt with and met were friendly, competent, careful, extraordinary. Every aspect about my moves----sales, the different crews, management---were terrific. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who asks. You can use me as a reference if you like.

I am writing this for my sister, Anita, who has difficulty with writing. She has the names of the packers who spent two days with us. Three of them packed her, and two of them came the next day with someone new. They were courteous, friendly, compassionate, patient and hard working. I really regret loosing the paper with their names, but want to acknowledge how nice they were to us. Jeff was and still is helpful, and Rich has helped me. All are in the Aurora office, in case you have another location.

This is the second move in two years with Hansen Bros. and once again, all went well. The two man crew (can't find their names!) were efficient, professional, and extremely helpful in every way. Please thank them again.

My moving crew was really great to work with and they finished the job 2.5 hours early, which was a huge savings for me. They were very friendly the whole time and really went out of their way to make my move an easy one. Yovany, Ray and Willie were totally great! I have dealt with 6 other moving crews in the past and these three guys were among the best! Thanks for a smooth move!

Dallas went above and beyond and was a big part in making what's always a tough day more than bearable. He was genuine, detail-oriented, and creative in solving problems. Really appreciated him and his attitude!

We were incredibly pleased with Hansen Bros. The move was completed in less time than estimated and the personalities of the movers were great -- great bunch of guys. I was very impressed with their truck-packing skills. They also moved very quickly, there was no dallying around with them. The only thing is they didn't re-attach a door that had to be removed to get an item in a room, but I am sure that was a simple oversight as they were phenomenal with everything else. I would definitely recommend Hansen Bros. in the future and specifically this moving crew.

Rick, Keith, and George were amazing! They were fast, careful, and had great attitudes - especially since our new house is 85 years old and has small, tight stairways - generally posing lots of challenges for them. They never once complained and were always careful of our hardwood floors and any other delicate or easily-damaged items. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism (and their energy!). This is my second time using Hansen Bros., and I will continue to recommend them. They are the absolute best, hands-down!
