My moving crew was comprised of 3 top notch guys! Brian, Arsen and Irvin. It was a demanding move-in in terms of location and the extra effort and strategy involved in relocating me to The Cobb building in downtown Seattle. They put my mind at ease, completed the job in a timely and efficient manner and provided excellent and careful service. I couldn't have asked for a better "move". Thank You!!

This was my second move w/ Hansen Bros. and the crew was awesome to work with. The guys were very careful, courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and took the extra time they needed to get the job done right and without incident.

The guys were great! I thought it was a big move and all 5 guys were happy and pleasant throughout it all! If we move again ... I will call you guys for sure!

I would have preferred that at all times two crew members move large pieces of furniture. I would have preferred that three crew members were available to move into the new home rather than two. We had to ask the crew to place protective coverings on floors and stairs (that ought to be the first thing they do in a $500.000 home or any home for that matter). We laboriously labeled boxes (as instructed by your brochure) and many times we had to redirect movers to the proper room as they didn't read the labeling. I would prefer that movers come prepared with felt pens so that they do not have to borrow from the customer. Nazario seemed very experienced and competent, although, I would have preferred that he verbalize more about how things were to proceed and to ask us questions (i.e.) Is their any particular items you would like packed up first/last? What was extraordinary was that we found no breakage or damage to our belongings so far. Humorous: When I called one day to inquire about getting boxes, I asked to whom I was speaking, and the reply was "me." It made me laugh (and I needed a good laugh due to all the anxiety of the move and exhaustion I was feeling). So I thank "me" for the tiny moment of enjoyment and laughter.

Overall, very pleased with Hansen Brothers and wouldn't think twice about hiring again. The crew was very polite, prompt, fast and thorough. The only issue was a problem with our driveway. I had explained to the person who first came out to give a quote that our driveway was extremly steep and narrow. He said he would drive to the house after our appt and take a look to see if it needed another smaller truck. I again mentioned the driveway issue to the movers on packing day and they said it shouldn't be a problem. Once they arrived to the house however they realized there would be no way for the truck to get down. They had to hand carry our items down the driveway for approx two hours while they waited for a smaller truck to arrive. Would have been a lot faster if this was taken care of like promised ahead of time. Otherwise, the gentlemen were very professional and we were extremely pleased with how effortless they made our move. Please give them our gratitude. Thank You!
