The gentlemen who handled my move on Monday did an exceptional job. They were polite, professional, effective, and efficient. My only negative was that I was told free wardrobe boxes would be provided the day of the move, and they were not brought by the movers. The movers told me that they were not listed on the paper work. Consequently, they folded my clothes then put them in boxes. Unfortunately, they are going into storage for a week, so they will be mussed up when unpacked.

I was in the Air Force for a lot of years and made more of my share of moves. I have never encountered such professionalism and personal caring! Both Art and Quincy are SUPERB! If your other employees are equal in talent and attitude, Hansen Bros is truly blessed!!!

Really impressed with great service by Linda on the phone and Willie and Ray. Was referred by Wesley homes as one of possible movers.

They were running a little behind, arrived about 30-45 minutes past the noon to 2pm window that was quoted before the move. it would have been nice to get a call earlier saying they thought they might be a little late. Regardless of that both Arson and Brian did a great job and were exactly the help we needed with the move. I'd definitely use your company again. thanks.
