Thanks for being flexible with the recent bad weather.

Jenny is fabulous. The delivery truck was late but not their fault, they got stuck in traffic on the W Seattle bridge. Juan and David were great. Three items had some issues I noted on my inventory but they were very careful with the loading and both very professional and nice to chat with while we unloaded and worked on getting everything where it belonged. I am very pleased with both crews I worked with.

Jenny was very helpful in estimating the move and gave me a high degree of confidence that I would recieve very good service by her responsiveness. The crew members were willing to move furniture around to gain the best arrangement in the room and were very productive in meeting their time commitments. Thank you!

The movers were very prrofessional and helpful.They did an excellent job.

I had faxed my confirmation on 11/12 but your office never received it. I happened to call on 11/24 to ask about additional boxes, and was told at that time that my move (on 11/26) was not in the system. I would have appreciated a phone call a lot earlier to let me know that the paperwork was not received. Everything worked out alright, but it might be something to do for the future. By the way, the three men who moved us were awesome!

I am most thankful for the time with care provided to me during the whole period from my first call into Dear Linda and then with the gentlemen who moved me into Wesley Homes - Terrace. I am also thankful that Wesley Homes offered me the opportunity of moving with Hansen Bros. ~Janey

Pete and his crew were very good. I'm glad we were able to get things straightened out for moving us into our new place. The truck leaked water on a couple of our clothing boxes. Luckily all were machine washable so no real damage. Thanks again for a good job.

Delay in arrival due to traffic, and then engine problems.This did not have any significant effect on finishing up on time. The crew was most eager to stay as long as needed. Have already referred you all to several people.

Anyone can be pleasant when things are going right. It's when there is a problem that you find out what kind of business you're dealing with. We had a breakage (fortunately, something that was easily replaceable). and the company sent a representative out right away. I have every confidence that it will be handled ASAP. ALL the crew who loaded and unloaded were pleasant and efficient. 2 things that might have been a bit better. First, the unpacking people could have had the hutch a bit sooner so they could have been setting that up. As it was, they had to wait for the crew to come back from a much needed break and it slowed them down a bit. The second thing was that I was not prepared with my payment (credit card) and it would have been nice to take care of the finances either the day before or just known so that I could have had it with me.You can count me down as a satisfied customer.
