This review is way overdue. I can't say enough nice things about Hansen Bros. Moving. Last summer, I had to move my husband's ex-wife from W Seattle to Iowa... yes, there's a long story that goes with that. Every step of the way, from the estimate, to the crew picking up all the boxes and furniture to the Hansen Bros driver who delivered everything in excellent condition, was flawless. Thank you for making a challenging task easier!

I coordinated this move for my mother. She is 88 years old and was aware of Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage and had a favorable perception of your company. We were aware of the company's long term presence in the area; my mother and I having lived here for 49 years. The crew assigned to our move was headed by Dallas. All three of the crew were professional, courteous and careful with my mother's belongings. They all put one of our senior citizens at ease and comfortable. We appreciate the effort you put into making this so easy.

Thomas and Carlos did a great job packing my apartment and disposing of a lot of old furniture and pieces I didn't want to keep.

Very good service both setting up the move and the crew that moved the stuff and packed the small vault during the 'atmospheric river' down pour. The vault provider changed the location of the vault just before the move and your crew responded very well.

The truck driver was very professional, and I was very happy to have my belongings placed on the truck where they remained until they were moved into my new house.

I would choose 4.5 for my rating if that were an option. The movers and the office people were all better than good. We are very happy with our choice of Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage for our move.
