The crew worked their asses off. I was so impressed that they not only took care with my home (padding on the doorways) and belongings (adding padding to them as well), but they were fast, focused, efficient, courteous, professional, positive, willing to deal with my "finessing" of where stuff was placed, and seemed genuinely happy to help. From the first courtesy call by Jordan telling me they're on the way and I said I was overwhelmed, he said, "we'll help alleviate that for you", to the crew of Steve, Nathan and Otai (sp?) who wanted to understand my expectations and their willingness and care, to the 12-hour day, there was not a moment where I doubted that all would be well. Truly exceptional from start to finish. Thank you Hansen Bros. for recruiting, training, incentivizing your team to deliver first-class service.

Mike, Mike and Michael (Moving Crew) were awesome to work with! I can't believe how quickly they moved us. They took great care of our belongings, and made sure that everything was brought to the correct area of our new home. Moving is one of the most stressful times and they did everything in their power to make sure that the day was as easy and efficient as possible. A big THANK YOU to all of them!

Service was top quality from the first phone call to the last check in by the movers to make sure everything was all right. John, Dallas and Brian took great care in packing up my Mom’s belongings even as they worked quickly and efficiently to pack her out. They were careful and courteous throughout. Everything made it to her new apartment with no problems. It was a fast and efficient move. Thank you.

A few days before our scheduled move it was necessary for us to reschedule. Everybody at Hansen Bros. worked hard to accommodate us to meet our needs. Our move from Seattle to Southern California went well.
