Good crew. Unfortunately, we missed putting the paintings into boxes. They are wrapped with heavy paper. We did remember to put the mattress into a box, although the crew did not have it on their order. If found the communication from estimator to crew to be a little off. Partly our fault because we changed the scope of the move after the original estimate. Overall, good experience.

I have recently moved to Southern CA from Seattle WA. I want to thank Arsen and Dallas for providing awesome pack-up service. They arrived on-time, were friendly, courteous, and took very good care of my belongings. The best pack-up service I have ever received! Also, David and Elaine provided excellent support on the moving services and coordination side of things; a big thanks to them as well. My stuff is due to arrive in Southern CA shortly, and if everything goes as well as it has been- I will be a very satisfied customer!

The team - Michael and Timothy - actually arrived early. They were concerned about the care of the items being moved as well as surroundings (the walls of the house, banisters, etc.). They were responsive to the time/cost and were diligent while being very careful. They came under the estimate and we will use them again.

The three man crew were very professional and friendly. They moved a very large SubZero type fridge through a very constricted space - without damaging the hardwood floors or anything else. The estimate was for 2 hours and they did it in 1.75 hrs.

We were moving my parents to assisted living. Nicole at Benevia was very helpful when the date and destination of the move had to be changed. The crew, Brian, Andrew and Dallas, were professional, pleasant, careful, and fast. The move was completed quickly and at half the cost of the estimate. Thank you.

This is our first experience with a mover. We decided on Hansen Bros./Allied for our move from WA to OK and we are glad we did. I have no complaints. Nothing was dinged up. Louie our driver gets a 10 on a 1 to 5 scale! Thanks.
