Generally excellent. Zack was exceptional and helped me with a couple of items only indirectly related to the move. Only disappointment was a little damage to one drawer which fell out of a desk while they were moving it from truck to house. They forgot to take the drawers out. Overall, the Bellevue crew gets an "A", the Yakima crew gets a "B+", because of the drawer incident.
