Corey, Brian, Nick, Sam, Michael and Riley were outstanding!! We would recommend this crew from the Lynnwood office in a heartbeat. They were extremely careful with packing, loading and moving our belongings. They were professional and had great camaraderie, making the move fun and much less stressful. Corey and Brian are masterful drivers, maneuvering the trucks down a narrow lane and around a sharp, tight corner. We were really impressed. A special thank you to Brad, our sales person from the Newcastle office, who took extra steps in customer service to ensure our move dates. Overall Grade: A+++

Sam and Mike were great to work with. They were very friendly and took great care to protect our doors and floors. They carefully unloaded and put everything in the room we wanted. They were both very kind and gave us ample time to inspect each item for damage and place protective pads on the furniture before they placed it down. They also went above and beyond and helped put back together a table that we needed extra help with. I would definitely recommend Hansen Bros. due to the service Sam and Mike provided. Thank you!

Zach, Jordan and Ray were professional and got the job done. Nothing was broken and they were helpful in furniture placement. Only mishap was missing TV plug--suggestion would be to tape plug to back of TV for future moves. I had to order a new plug on Amazon which won't show up until Friday...so mom has no TV in her bedroom....(sigh...!) Thanks for your help. -Monica

I have used your company over decades when we needed to move...probably about 4 times. I initially used your company because local and I wanted to support our community. However it became clear that you were a company that we could count on to do a great job. This past move from Seattle, WA to Irvine, CA was my most stressful move to get done in time. Nicole was always available and helpful with information when I was figuring out the date, the fellows who came over to pack were considerate, responsible, and efficient, Bill and his helper Nathan, for the delivery pick up were exceptional with me (I was overtired and stressed) and in the packing up the truck; Bill and his CA helpers, did a great job with the unpacking of truck and setting up the storage unit. I would want Bill to be the driver to handle any other long distance move that may occur in the future. All individuals I have spoken with on the phone have been very helpful and responsive to my questions. LaShanna was terrific as the second go-to person and Alan offered assistance and insight into helping me with the closing details of my auto delivery situation regarding Rainier Trucking.
