I was looking for a mover to move a couple of 19th-century antiques--one a very large armoire--to a different part of our house. I liked the testimonials I read for Hansen and called them. Timing was critical as we had just learned that painters could--unexpectedly--start work in a couple of days, so the pieces HAD to be moved. Brian on the phone was immediately helpful and scheduled a crew of three to come very shortly. Sam, leading the crew, called very courteously to say they were on their way, and that they would arrive a bit ahead of the noon-to-3PM window scheduled. With Jordan and Steve, the three handled the big armoire and a chest carefully and located it just where I wanted. I appreciate Sam's management of the task, which was not easy. They finished under the estimated time. I am very happy with the respect shown for my furniture and would not hesitate to call Hansen again.

Bruce was great on getting us set up on such short notice. The movers were excellent and very polite and easy to work with.

Your organization is fabulous, from Start to finish. Nicole was great as well as my moving coordinator. I had used your services previously when I helped some clients downsize and decided to use your services for my move to California. The people, from packers , loaders and drivers were all extremely professional and helpful. They communicated well, cleaned up, and were very thorough. It went so smoothly, as well as the arrival and unpacking. You picked a great driver and company to get me into California after leaving your facility. Nothing is broken that I know of...still unpacking but so far so good. All my things were packed so carefully. _x000D_I'd recommend you time and time again. I'm so pleased with your services. Very professional movers. courteous. They were very careful with items and yet very quick. They moved me from Montana to Mercer Island in two days thru snow on the passes. I was very impressed.

I remain impressed by the moving teams - very hard-working, efficient and helpful in getting the furniture positioned in the new home. Also, a shout out to Joshua who made a run to secure some wardrobe boxes though he'd just stopped by to check on the crew.
