When I had called prior to my move date I had asked about locking an elevator to make the move easier. I was told that I did not need to request the service. When the movers arrived they were frustrated that the elevator was not locked. I am hopeful that there is clear communication with the dispatchers and movers for future moves. The final price was also much higher than the quotes amount (by almost $300). I am not sure if this was because of the elevator or if there were more items than I had originally noted on the moving sheet.

Hope I never have to move again but if I do Hansen Bros. will get my call. They are the best!

Our Crew, Art, Chris, Christian, Ronald, and Juan were outstanding and so easy to work with. They accommodated all the special tasks we asked for in addition to loading our furniture with care. Just the Best!

Talked to Hansen Bros. a day before the move and had the understanding that they were bringing a different truck. As the loading was nearing end, there was unnecessary high anxiety as to whether or not the contents would all fit. In the end they did but it was completely full.

Sam and Cameron were our moving crew and they were awesome! We have a few items that have been in our family for generations and the guys were so careful with them! Not a scratch on anything! We definitely will recommend Hansen Bros. to any of our friends and family!
