David A. has been instrumental in my move from the US back to Australia in 2023. Thru him and his team, they managed to successfully stored my apartment contents for safekeeping until such time it's ready to be shipped back to Australia. Through his guidance, all my ~27 boxes has been received without damage and in good condition. I guess one of the defining qualities that makes a best mover is how they would keep an open line of communication, specially during the time that your items are in transit. Hansen Bros. did just that. They have advised me of the transit times how long it will take, specially just when the world is coming out of post-COVID, and all the ports are working overtime to get all the shipments moving in and out. Thank you again Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage for storing my items, and moving it across the ocean!

They put my mind at rest, and all of my pictures, photos, artwork, and ceramics arrived in excellent condition, beautifully wrapped.

Moving is never fun. Especially an out of state move. While Hansen Bros. didn't make it fun, they did make it easier. The communication before, during and after was excellent. Their crews were organized, respectful and just good people. Sadly, there was damage beyond repair to a dresser. It wasn't the most expensive dresser in the World, but it wasn't the cheapest either. We submitted a claim and that claim was paid in a timely manner. It was great customer service and a good overall experience.

I recently moved from Renton to Kent WA with the help of the Hansen Bros. Moving Co. The only thing which would have been better was free service. I promptly received a quote on request; I was kept informed by their office and the moving guys were prompt, professional and quick. Even a short move is extremely stressful, so I can only guess that some customers have extremely unrealistic expectations. My heartfelt appreciation goes out to this moving company!
