Courteous, helpful, gave me some extra used boxes when I needed them, changed our moving date to fit us in last minute when our closing date got moved back. They packed all my good china and dishes and everything come through perfect. Every single person we worked with was great, even moving things around at the end of a move out/move in very long day when I needed a few things changed and not complaining. We really appreciated them all! Highly recommend using their services!!

Moving a couple states away can be a stressful situation in and of itself, but one part of that experience that wasn't stressful at all was the service provided by Tracy with Hansen Bros. Moving and Storage. She and the movers handled everything where I hardly needed to be involved. No part of it could have gone smoother in my opinion. Tracy provide exceptional communication and was very helpful. The movers who packed and loaded my items did a nice job and made it look easy. The movers who unloaded and helped setup what they could at my new place did a great job as well. I was grateful to have them, and happy with smooth it all want. I'd recommend and use them again any time I could. Thanks!

We have been scammed by a moving company in the past, so I was very wary of using any moving company at all. BBB recommended Hansen Bros., and when I reached out, Pete was great and answered all my questions (there were many questions). The crew arrived on time on move-out day and loaded our goods carefully. Allied Van Lines moved our goods safely to Chicago, and Reebie Moving & Storage unloaded our goods into a 4th floor apartment in a timely manner. Hansen Bros. coordinated all three pieces of the move and kept us updated throughout the process. It was such a relief to know our goods were safely delivered. That is not something to take for granted with so many players trying to scam you in the moving business. I appreciate that Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage is a company that I can trust. Thank you.

Thank you guys for being professional, but also laid back enough and good vibes to keep the tension off. BIG thanks for all your work too, truly appreciate it! Our trip was LONG haul, nearly state to state but they handled all packing up, storage and moving in like absolute pros. Would definitely hire again!
