This was a move necessitated due to exchanging carpets with hardwood floors on the main (top) floor. All the stuff on that floor needed to be moved to the basement, and back again upon conclusion of the floor work. The moving generally went very well. The movers were careful not to damage either house or furniture. A problen arose when I asked that my large computer printer be moved; I forgot to caution that the printer needs to be kept level. Tyler tipped it a lot which resulted in a small amount of ink being spilled onto the new hardwood floor. We cleaned it up right away, but some discoloration remains. I commented that an experienced mover would know to keep a printer level. On both days, the moving crews showed up on time and stayed as long as we needed them.

From beginning to end this move went smoothly and efficiently. The men had to contend with schlepping the furniture and boxes from the street level down into the condo garage then down a long hallway to my new condo. All my belongings were treated with respect.

This move, like all other moves had a few snags, but that’s when Hansen Bros. stepped up, took the angst out and solved the situations as they arose. This team was efficient, friendly and professional. I found the true personal connection that I needed during this, my first move in 34 years. As we entered the new home, everything was arranged and there was no problems when I asked them to go a little beyond what I knew to be their requirements.
