Zach, Tony, and Kenny helped me with my move back on 3/29/2024, and they were absolutely fantastic! They showed up early in the morning, packed my apartment with lightning speed, making sure everything was packed securely, disassembled the furniture, and we were out of my apartment within 3 hours. They also helped me greatly settling in, assembling my furniture, and placing all the boxes wherever I needed them. They were professional, eager to help, and had very positive attitude throughout the entire day! I really hope I won't have to anytime soon, but I will definitely be using Hansen Bros. if I ever have to move again in the future! I was very pleased with the entire service I was provided with, thank you very much!

The Hansen Bros. crew of 4 were considerate, careful with our possessions, and a true pleasure to work alongside as we continued sorting, discarding, moving.... throughout moving day. Their expertise changed what had felt completely overwhelming into a smooth, organized, and manageable process of practical steps. The Senior Downsizing Expert (Nicole), who originally came to our home to assess our move and provide guidance, was a wealth of practical information that made every subsequent stage of our moving process orderly. She gave us a clear breakdown of *all* costs, plus potential add-ons. Just before moving, we realized that moving ALL of our storage to Hansen Bros would simplify our move. It meant losing money that we had already spent on storage elsewhere, but has simplified our moving process (which will happen in stages). The crew leader marked every item with a code for their inventory system -- they track every single item, so if something is in storage, they know its location. We have shifted from being overwhelmed and exhausted into feeling organized and productive. The entire process has been very manageable. The professionalism of every Hansen employee we've met has given us tremendous peace of mind.

This was the fastest and most efficient move we have ever done. The crew worked diligently to move our belongings and it took them a fraction of the time to do it as our last movers. I was extremely impressed by how professional they were. Thanks for a great move!

Really great crews every step. 1 person on packing, and 1 person on delivery were “meh”, yet the rest were so awesome ~ happy, patient, pleasant, funny ~ it made up for the mediocre 2. Neither was bad - and maybe the awesomeness of the rest of the crew said an unfair bar for them.

We had multiple move services from Hansen Bros. over the course of two months. All of the personnel with whom we interacted were exceptional...from the loading crews, to the unpacking crews, to John and Nicole...a great all-around experience. Thank you!

Really appreciated that Will always answered the phone and was courteous and patient and professional on the phone. Paula was on time and helpful and knowledgeable. These days, with all the scammers out there the general public is more skeptical, We were pleased to have a company with a known history and employees that we trusted like our movers. Kyle and Simeon. Carl was available, professional, and returned call in timely manner and Scott who dropped off and picked up the storage pods provided the skills needed and we felt relieved and satisfied with his role as each of the others mentioned.
