David our salesman is absolutely fantastic - he got us on a great path & was so responsive (we were coordinating the move for our 91 yr old parents). Can’t recommend him enough! The crew did a good job of negotiating the Mirabella elevators & hallways. We loved the 2 hours with the unpacker!! she was great & super efficient. Thank you Hansen Bros. Moving!

Our crew went to great lengths to meet a need for a quick move of a retirement home resident to assisted living in the same building. The concierge service by Luanne and Sara was efficient, sensitive and responsive. The moving crew was careful, yet quick and pleasant. Praise to Chuck, Zach and Freddy for their help in making a difficult time as easy as possible. All staff we spoke to or met on both occasions were very easy to work with. I especially appreciate Hansen Bros. fitting us in TWICE on short turnaround. Thank you from appreciative customers who were a little less tired because of your help. Steven and Tony were great to work with. I have used Hansen Bro's for a move last year and wasn't a question on who I was going to use on this move. Everything goes smoothly throughout the process from the quote with Riley, confirmation from the warehouse the day before, and a check in morning of from the movers.

The crew for our move was amazing! They treated our items like their own, always being careful not to scratch them or the doors and walls in our house. Moving is stressful, but Freddy, Chris and Eric reduced the stress with their laughter and banter. We’ve moved twice with Hansen and both times have been a great experience. We will use them again to move back into our house when the remodel is finished. No need to call anyone else - just call Hansen Bros!
