Brad was fantastic. He definitely is customer service excellence. Personable & knowledgeable & always returns calls & answers questions promptly. The 2 guys Kyle and Robert were amazing. They also were so professional and did an excellent job with our entire move & outstanding customer service too. I can't thank everyone enough. We will be using Hansen Bros. again for our next move in April.

Getting ready to clear out our home to prepare for an open house has felt like"The End of the World as WE Know it." But Arsen, Sonny and Jesse actually made me feel better. What a wonderful group of guys! They were very thorough, careful, thoughtful, hardworking and good natured, pleasant men. Every aspect of my experience with them was positive. I enjoyed meeting them. Arsen was meticulous in documenting the inventory and steering me thru the paperwork. I felt as though this was conducted at the highest level of professionalism.

Mike and Michael were great! They were very pleasant and helpful. They had great solutions to any 'challenges' and really knew what they were doing. Very efficient.
