Our move was on August 12 and 13, 2015, and it was an excellent cross-town move experience. Super care and professionalism, by: Dallas, Evan, Ray, and Brenden.

Very professional staff and excellent communication throughout the whole process. Once we had a signed contract Abi stayed in contact with us during the entire process and has still checked up on us after the delivery has been made. You always hear about the horror stories of never being able to reach the moving companies during and after the move but Hansen Bros. goes beyond what is considered great customer service!

The crew was awesome, worked tirelessly until the job was done. Jeff, the salesman, was extremely responsive at any time of day.

I forgot to go down to the parking garage to bring up my bike to be put into storage on the day of the move and did not discover the omission until about 4 hours later. I did not know what to do as the bike is a rare and expensive Dutch bike. However when I called the office Hansen Brothers contacted one of their truck drivers who drove back out to my West Seattle apartment to pick up the bike. This was the frosting on the cake of extremely good service and I could not be happier with my choice of a Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage.

I would like you to know my movers Brian & Kyle were excellent. They were professional, friendly and HUSTLED. They were mindful of ferry schedules and travel time. They paid attention to the moving furniture in and out of doorways and hallways. These two were the best. I have moved 24 times using various ways of moving. I moved 5 months ago with Company from Mukilteo and choose not to go with them because of the service. Your company did a great job with a small move. Thank you.

Paula was just so on it and knowledgeable, a great resource for some things we wouldn't have thought of doing. Purging was the best idea and we should have done more but Paula sure made it an easy process. Darron and Ross were the only unloaders which seemed odd as there were 4 loaders but Darron was especially courteous and helpful when placing all the boxes. I wasn't at the loading part but Laura said all those guys worked well together and were very professional with eye contact and handshakes. First time for me moving a house a few states over and your crew made it an uncomplicated process, thank you.
