Extraordinarily efficient and friendly from the initial in home visit to the movers (our moving process involved 2 moves 1 month apart). We received helpful hints for packing and public storage. Moving is stressful, but the moving by Hansen Bros. was not at all.

Our moving crew was amazing. They were not just careful with our belongings, but treated them like they were their own. They made the day fun and brought enthusiasm and professionalism to this otherwise stressful day for our family. They were extremely kind to our children and were all around knowledgeable and professional movers. We can’t say enough good things about the crew that moved us. Very thankful for them!

Cesar and Carlos were fantastic! Very professional, friendly and courteous. This was not an easy furniture move-in as our landscaping wasn't completed. They had a "can do" attitude and accomplished the move of our furniture without any problem. As difficult as it was they never showed any frustration or poor attitude. We would totally recommend both Cesar and Carlos!! We've used Hansen Bros. a few times in the past and wouldn't consider another moving/storage company if we move again. Also, Brad is awesome! I've worked with Will multiple times on moves and he's always given me the best service so I keep coming back, for every move. Jose, Wilfred, and Zachary were very professional, so courteous, just a joy to work with and they worked very well as a team. I was so impressed. They handled everything with the utmost care and it was not an easy move. Jose was definitely the man in charge and he led his team well. I already booked another move of a similar type for my Aunt and her son. I won't be there but I don't have to be. I know it will go smoothly and I know I have nothing to worry about. I never hesitate to recommend Hansen Bros. to others every time.

I really appreciated that the move was made in the hours (10 to 2pm) I requested--were best for me and had traffic conditions to make the move faster than at other times. Although Will told me at first, that the move would be during those hours. Then, dispatcher Rich told me the day before the move that the hours of the move had changed to 2:30 to 5. I was disappointed and told him so. BUT, the next day, the drivers called me at 11:30 that they were on their way! I was so pleased. They completed the move in the 2.5 hours that Will had estimated. Also, the movers had to rearrange the furniture twice to get it to fit in my storage unit. It was a hot day and they kept their good humor about the hassle. Love Hansen Bros! Marian
