I was very happy with the crew who did the move.

We had a fantastic experience w/Hansen Bros from beginning to end. Everyone was helpful, thorough, professional & friendly so our move was easy! The moving crew of Jarrod, Andrew, and Dallas was terrific & hard-working; we were thankful to get these courteous & careful men moving us into a senior community.

Brian, Dallas, and Andrew did a great job and did it in good time, though I did have to prod them a few times about things they weren't packing or it didn't look like they thought they should take them. I could probably have watched them more closely, but they took care of things as soon as I pointed them out. Although I had trouble reaching him at times, Jeff was personable and great to work with. I've used your services before and I'd definitely call on you again! Thanks!

I had to call back to request a salesman come to the house for a physical estimate. I feel that should have been offered at the beginning. The salesman was very professional and polite when he came up. Answered all of my questions. The physical move crew was awesome. They worked their b___s off! I really appreciated their professionalism and care they took with all of my belongings.

Thank you very much again. The gentlemen that helped us on Saturday were great. They really helped make our move easier and better and helped us get a head start on settling into our new home.
