The workers made a stressful transition very workable.

Dallas, Daniel, and Kenny were terrific. I had a lot to move from PortaBoxes to the 7th floor, including, many heavy items,, 4 tall glass cabinets and a glass display case. They were very careful, and nothing got broken. They were courteous, and Dallas politely took each item to the appropriate room as directed. They worked fast, but set each item down carefully. Before they left, they even assembled my complicated bed. The move had to be finished in just 3 hours. When it was over, fifteen minutes early, I was delighted. What a relief. Great work guys! Also, Paula and John were very helpful before the move. Since the move date was "soft", they had to field a lot of extra questions, and they always made me feel they were available.

Have used you several times and always had excellent service. Will use you again when needed. Keep up the good work.

Pete, Mark and Dallas were all friendly, competent, efficient and confidence-inspiring. It was a pleasure talking with the crew throughout the move and clear they understood all the eventualities/intricacies of our move, including especially fragile items. I was thrilled they arrived a little early, completed the move faster than expected and several times checked to ensure that furniture and boxes were placed in the appropriate place before leaving. All items appear to be in original condition. We will definitely use Hansen Bros again--particularly if we can request our crew--when we finally move to a more permanent location.

It would have been great if my moving crew had alerted me that they would be taking a break during the drive from the old to new locations. I stood outside in the cold waiting for them for about 30 minutes.

I had a problem w/another moving company re: this move & contacted Hansen Bros. and they not only helped me get my $$ back from the other company but made this move the easiest one I've ever had. The guys from Allied were prompt, efficient & careful w/my things. Every one I had contact at Hansen Bros. were unbelievably easy to deal with and very, very friendly.
