Both workmen were professional.

I was so happy with the move. The guys were fantastic, even setting up my T.V. when we got to my new condo. They even did a little side trip to drop off my donation to Goodwill. I don't plan to move again but I would use Hansen Bros. if I did. I will suggest you all when I know someone else is moving.

Jarod was extremely polite and professional. I would definitely use Hansen Bros. again.

I deeply appreciated Hansen's loan of used boxes and used dunnage. It made the onerous process of packing so much easier. I certainly will tell my friends about this practice which made this company stand out to me.

The crew made a good effort to be helpful and effecient. I very much appreciated their willingness to listen and discuss my concerns. Willie did an awesome job. I would have rated him a 5, but his crew dropped a few boxes and a dresser. It is very hard to fault their effort to hustle, which they were clearly making, but we would have appreciated a bit more care. I also very much appreciated the willingness of the dispatcher to consider a potential switch in our schedule. In the end it wasn't needed, but he was clearly willing to make the effort to accomodate, including giving me his cell number in the event that the schedule did need to change. Again, that was greatly appreciated! I consider our experience to have been very successful.

I arranged this move into storage for my client as we are beginning a large remodel. My client and I were impressed with Brad Schuster. He was kind, smart, a good listener and answered all my clients messages. He stopped in during the move to see how the move was progressing which even further insured that my client was important. Brad is a GREAT asset to your moving company!
