The phone staff and moving team were both friendly and professional. they did a great job, aside from nicking a few wall, but I suppose that happens. Overall great experience.

Hansen Bros packed and moved our belongings from our residence in Bellevue into local storage in August 2012 and then arranged for cross country move to Wilmington NC with Allied Van Lines in May 2013. Would recommend and would use again. Very little damage....labeling on cartons packed by HB could have been better. Several items not packed quite as carefully as we would have preferred. Cleanliness and condition of items coming out of storage was excellent. Driver Seattle to Wilmington was excellent.

Our particular move crew was very professional, pleasant, and efficient. We've done three moves in the past three years and our experience with Hansen Bros. was by far the best.
