We worked through a relocation company and never directly contacted your office. The crew (Darron, James, and Willie) arrived early, started almost immediately, and were superhumanly efficient.

Blake and Mark went above and beyond during my move. I have a very large cat who is scared of his own shadow. Somehow he managed to wedge himself inside a leather recliner and could not back out. The bars under the recliner were sharp and his neck was wedged under the bar that rocks so I had a dilemma. I love the animal and was afraid to cut his paws of choke him trying to pull him out. Blake and Mark came to the rescue; they had to keep the cat calm while cutting him out of the chair. Cat safe; chair not so good but I'm very happy. They did not have to help but had great attitudes. I have used Hansen Bros. in the past and just recommended Hansen to a friend who is moving the end of July. Thanks so much for having a great crew!
