Our crew was truly terrific! Pete, Will, Jarred, and Brian were professional, courteous, HARD-WORKING, efficient and reassuring. They managed a complicated three-part move with ease and accommodated some last-minute needs for change without complaint. The packing crew did a fabulous job with our crystal and art, as well as all the rest. Many thanks to all of them. Moving is the pits, but they made it smooth!

I just wanted to thank you and particularly the hardworking crew for successfully getting our furniture from our home in Des Moines to our new condo in Seattle this past Wednesday. Some of the items were quite heavy and fragile. We appreciate the care the men took with our things. Now, if we can just make it all fit!

Rick, Derrick, and Kevin assisted us with our move. Rick was the leader of the group and he was great. He was patient with the other guys when directing/helping them get the furniture down the stairs and around corners. All of the guys were very efficient, professional, and courteous. We felt they went above and beyond for us and during a big move that is always so appreciated. They did a great job of protecting our furniture and belongings as well.

The movers showed up on time both for pick up and delivery. They all were friendly, courteous, and professional. They worked hard and worked quickly: they were terrific!

The phone staff and moving team were both friendly and professional. they did a great job, aside from nicking a few wall, but I suppose that happens. Overall great experience.

Hansen Bros packed and moved our belongings from our residence in Bellevue into local storage in August 2012 and then arranged for cross country move to Wilmington NC with Allied Van Lines in May 2013. Would recommend and would use again. Very little damage....labeling on cartons packed by HB could have been better. Several items not packed quite as carefully as we would have preferred. Cleanliness and condition of items coming out of storage was excellent. Driver Seattle to Wilmington was excellent.
