The three movers were very professional and the move went very smoothly--no hassles. The movers were Arsen, Kevin and Charlie. I was especially pleased that Kevin had a good understanding about how to set up the furniture in my new apartment. The apartment has crooked angles and I had no concept of how to set the rooms up. I was really pleased with the final arrangement. The only hitch was that the crew carried out my filing cabinet on its side, which I wasn't expecting. I lost some unsecured earrings as a result. But I don't blame the movers. I shouldn't have had my jewelry in an unsecured box.

Art and Tony did a remarkable job using extreme care to carry furniture over our newly refinished hardwood floors. They moved everything in record time with a smile and great sense of humor that is much appreciated when dealing with the stress of putting a house back together. The only opportunity for improvement with our experience was the crew was running a few hours behind, and our 11-2 window turned into 3:30. We fortunately had a lot of flexibility that day, but that may not be the case with other customers. Overall, great job! We would definitely recommend Hansen Bros. to others.

Zach, Jarrod, and Mark arrived on time and each introduced themselves to me right after getting out of the truck. All were very personable and friendly throughout the job. I was unsure if one large dresser would fit in one of the bedrooms and one of the guys, I don't remember which, measured the space and was able to move the dresser into that room. During the move, the guys took two 10 minute breaks and let us know that they were going to take the break which I thought was very professional. Other companies I have used have not done this. While we aren't done unpacking, the only damage I have noticed was a nick on a small table that was not in the best shape to begin with. No big deal. And the best part...... They finished an hour and a half earlier than expected, saving me over $200. If and when we move again, I'll be calling Hansen Bros. Thank you

Darron, Kyle, Anthony, and John were outstanding. We had quite a bit of stuff, we moved from a large 3000 sq ft house with basically two houses, two kitchens, living rooms etc to another large house, With Stairs. It was a long day but the Crew you sent stayed on it worked all day and got us set up in our new house well before we expected. I want to specially mention Darron, who was the Crew Leader, he did a great job making sure our belongings and our houses were not damaged, he was a great leader. All the guys were very helpful great crew. Brad who quoted the job was great as well and had the right trucks and the right crew to make our move smooth. Thanks to everyone for getting us in our new home.

We had both Darren and Jessey come out and move some furniture for us. They did a fabulous job and were both very professional. I would use your company again and ask for both of them next time I needed the service.

Antonio and his partner did excellent work and did not complain when we had difficult things to move. They were extremely careful with our things.
