Overall experience was exemplary, all the way down to the estimate being almost dead on (the estimate was a tiny bit high, probably due to speed of packing.) Everyone we worked with was on time, friendly and professional. For this move we called a few companies for quotes. The next time we move I'm calling Hansen Bros and not bothering with anyone else. ;-) The only bit of improvement to suggest when packing is to make sure that all of the boxes are marked - there were a few that were a mystery. This made unpacking a bit harder as they ended up in the wrong room. Everything arrived safe and sound, so this is minor.

The guys made a real effort to do whatever we needed to make the move as quick and easy as possible, plus they were always running back to the truck, I got tired just watching them.

From end-to-end our moving experience with Hansen Bros. was terrific. From the friendliness of every person we spoke to, the very reasonable cost, to the pure hustle of the move team, we were completely impressed. What makes our experience rate as "extraordinary" was this is now our third move (over the course of 13 years) using your company and these key quality aspects have been present every single time. This positive consistency is amazing and truly represents your commitment to your customers. I would like to specifically call out our move team for special kudos. Rick, Brian, and Elaies are all rock stars. As representatives of your company, you couldn't do much better. They were professional, personable, and a pleasure to be around. They hustled with our move but never to the point where it felt like they were "rushing." Not only did they make the move easy, they made it fun!

The moving crew was efficient. There are nicks on some of our bedroom furniture and the iron is broken (it leaks) so we replaced that. I recommend that in the future that wood furniture be padded/wrapped to prevent the scratches and nicks.

This is our move back into our house; the crew did an outstanding job -- a much better job than the crew that moved us out of our house last January.

I don't recall the names of the two gents who performed the move, however both were great. No problems, they did not miss a beat, very professional, well organized, no wasted time spent prior to loading. Well done. On time, on budget!
