Gordon, Willy and Josh were very professional. The moving crew ran a little late due to a previous move, but contacted me to let me know when they would be arriving.

We were very pleased with Zach, Brian, Dallas, and Kevin, who moved us out of our Capitol Hill condo and into our new home on Bainbridge Island. They were so nice, caring, and really funny. They are dealing with pretty stressed-out people as moving is not exactly in the top 10 of "fun" things to do, but they were so upbeat that it just got me through it nicely. We did have one item of breakage, and they have responded promptly, were obviously very concerned, and it was very obvious that this is not a common thing, so we are pleased in all respects. If you can get this particular team, they can do things the estimator says are impossible. Maybe I shouldn't be saying that, huh? Thanks again.

I would say Hansen was fine- not great, but not the worst I've had. So much depends on the 4 guys that show up though, so hard to rate the company as a whole.

The three fellows were terrific. Moving into Mirabella is not easy I know.

The crew was late according to the time given to me by pre-day telephone call. This was also true with the other time I received the service. My guess is the time I was given was the actual time the crew started their work day. It would be helpful to have the given time an estimate of the actual arrival time to the residence. Thanks!

James and Ryan were excellent. They were thorough and very careful with my household items. They deserve a bonus for taking on more than the estimated contents.

Willie and Josh were great. They arrived on time and never stopped moving. They took care with my belongings. Excellent workers...would highly recommend them.
