The service I received was exceptional beyond words! Hansen Bros. came highly reccomended by two different people I know, and now I know why! I would now, also, highly reccomend Hansen Bros! They were thorough, organized, professional, and downright fantastic in everything they did--and it was not an easy move; i.e., it included moving a piano up to a third floor apartment with no elevator. Hansen Bros. provides and tremendous service and at a reasonable price! Thanks guys!!!

This has been our fourth move with you in the past several years and you just keep getting better. Dave was great estimating and coordinating the administrative side of our move and Blake and Will couldn't have done a better job with our actual move. They were unbelievably swift, careful, and managed it all with a fun sense of humor. Thank you for a great experience.

I used Hansen Bros for a long distance move and it was seamless from beginning to end. The two "brothers" were my movers and they had to be the best of the crew. These two young men did an incredible job, not to mention Dave's estimate ended up being right on target. I would highly recommend Hansen Bros to my friends and family. Very helpful and professional. Give Dave, Zack and Brian all a raise!

I love working with your team! I refer my clients to you as well (I work in mortgage). This was a last minute move to leave a house that we found mold in and everything went great! The three guys were funny, polite and a lot of fun. Last minute moves are hard and pretty chaotic! Kudos to the team for making it as smooth and chaos free as possible!

Overall the experience was pretty good. On the first day (move-out) the crew was about 2 hours late. Your saleman, Kyle, was courteous and helpful but was very slow (sometimes days) in returning phone calls. I found that a little frustrating. I was also disappointed that no one (maybe it was just me) could clearly explain the insurance options to me. In any case, I now know more about the moving industry and what to expect next time and I would use Hansen Bros. again.

Darron and Antony arrived on time, moved the items in a careful but expedtious manner, were friendly and helpful. Good work, guys!

Excellent service. However, even though I put I would recommend you to others, it was with hesitation and if I do recommend you it will come with cautions. My issue was that I felt as though we were overcharged in terms of time for the move. Starting location was only 1.8 miles from the warehouse yet we were told it took 20 minutes travel time. In addition, we were told it would take 30 minutes to get back to warehouse from destination. Google maps puts destination of move to your warehouse at 2.7 miles and 6 minutes away. Trying to charge us a total of 50 minutes for travel I felt was poor business practice and certainly does not garner full trust from us.

My two drivers were wonderful. Fast and courteous and we had a few laughs. They made it really easy.
