Beth and her work through the Benevia group, Ida Culver House and University House, was a true Godsend. I do not know how I would have done everything I had to do (from out of state) if it were not for her. She was amazing! The Hansen team of James and Will who came to pack and move the 5000 (yes, 5000!) books which we donated to the University, were amazing! They did it in just over two hours. The furniture mover crew of Pete, Will, and Irvin were also great ! They packed a two bedroom condo in two hours and had us all moved into the University House by 2:45 pm! It is NOT an easy task to haul all that stuff into the University House! All these guys were great fun to work with and so very polite. You obviously have an amazing staff there. Thank you for everything.

Moving guys were GREAT. Very happy with the whole thing. Put 'good' for overall experience because of broken big glass tabletop, think there should have been more follow up from your end. But for that I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you and especially to movers Tony and Eric.

Arsen and Charlie were very professional yet friendly and cheerful. There were a few challenges: a large rolled arm sofa, a dining room table pedestal, that were difficult to move into my new (vintage) apartment with narrow doorways and corners. Arsen never lost his cool, figured out the best way to get the job done, and he and Charlie did it! Arsen also kept me up to date on how we were doing with time. All in all, a terrific experience.

Crew had to take apart the bed frame, unexpectedly, and did it without a problem and hestitation. Then, at the new location put it back together as it was. One of the book shelves was scuffed, but the crew pointed it out and apologized. It was just a particle board shelf, so no worries.

Efficient, courteous, willing to shift furniture around at our new place. Only two glass items got broken, and since I had done the packing, that's probably my fault. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service.

The movers, Tony and Jessey were great! They provided excellent service, and were very friendly and helpful. I'm very happy I chose Hansen Bros. for my move.
