My movers came Wed. the 30th and they were FANTASTIC... Very helpful and efficient.... Also last Sept. your crew moved me and they did a fantastic job... I will stick with Hansen Bros.

Yovany and Antony were my movers on Monday morning. I had so much going on when they arrived that I completely forgot to tip them. Would it be possible for me to mail a tip for them to your office? I feel really badly about the oversight. They did a fantastic job.

I lived very close to your business and the salesperson said the crew would be over very soon after 8am. They didn't arrive until 9am, so there was some confusion on my part since I was led to believe they would be earlier. I think improved communication between the sales team and the moving crews regarding arrival times would improve expectations with your customers. Other than that they did a great job and I was pleased with their efficiency. They managed to move some big pieces into some tight spots. They made it look so easy!

Arsen and Will moved me into the apartment and they were great! I really appreciated their outstanding efforts.

Crew showed up a bit later than the window of time given. It would have been nice to receive a call saying they were gong to be late. I have used Hansen Brothers several times for other local moves and they have always been great. This is the first time I have had an issue.

We were referred by Aljoya retirement (ERA Livning). Beth was very helpful. Bobbie Jo helped with packing, and seemed to be a human vacuum cleaner! Very pleasant. The moving crew was polite, quick, and prompt. Unfortunately, one piece of furniture was broken. How that is repaired will determine our final view of the move.

My moving crew was comprised of 3 top notch guys! Brian, Arsen and Irvin. It was a demanding move-in in terms of location and the extra effort and strategy involved in relocating me to The Cobb building in downtown Seattle. They put my mind at ease, completed the job in a timely and efficient manner and provided excellent and careful service. I couldn't have asked for a better "move". Thank You!!
