I grew up in Seattle and have been familiar with the Hansen Bros company for years. In addition, I currently work for the Woodland Park Zoo and appreciate the great support we receive from your company. These things together made me comfortable in calling on Hansen Bros when I needed movers. My site was tricky and I was really worried about the move out. The person who came out to do the estimate eased any concerns I had about the move. In addition, the crew that showed up at 8am on a snowy morning, took to their job quickly and with a great sense of humor. It was a difficult day for me, made easier by your staff. Thank you.

Only 1 of the 3-man crew was experienced. The crew did not have enough packing materials/cartons. There was some damage to a handrail from moving the appliances. Food and vitamins did not make it to the house drop; that box must be in storage.

I was pleased by most of the work. Packers did an okay job. Sales staff was good, but did not explain that adquate insurance coverage was not part of the estimate. That was disappointing.

I had used your company before and your sister company for packing items before putting my house on the market and moving items to mini storage. This was a total of 3 times and all the experience was reassuring.

Three-time customer here, and I'll keep returning. Your services and your moving guys are the always the best. Many Thanks for all your help. (BTW - "Extraordinary" (5-stars) is a pretty high bar. We can't all be Mother Teresa, Gandhi, or Dr. Martin Luther King. There must be a better option for the top choice)
