Everyone associated with our move was personable, professional, and trustworthy. The truck crew moved us out of our old place in a blizzard, and into our new location during a driving rain storm - yet the team of three - led by Darren - took it all in stride, conveying and demonstrating confidence in getting the job done and overcoming any obstacle. Hansen Brothers = THE BEST!

We were extremely pleased with how efficient and careful and fast Sean and Brian were. You have good employees.
The only glitch was that no one told me I needed to have rope on hand for tying down the stuff in the Penske truck I rented from another location. Fortunately, there was a hardware store 4 blocks away so I could walk up there to get some rope. I did not have a car whereas all I had was the truck. My car had alread been sent to my new destination. If there had been no hardware store nearby, I don't know what I would have done. I recommend that you have a list of what customers need (e.g. rope, moving blankets etc.) when you are loading a truck they rented.

My original call not handeled very well intill I reached Gordan! the 2 girls whom transfered me didnt even explain why or whom I was being transferd to. Other than that my Service was GREAT!
The service was great. The movers left several rolls of packing tape, however. Do you want them back or should we give them back during the final move?
This is the second time we've used Hansen Bros. Tony, Darron, and Larry were professional and took good care of our stuff. However, we were disappointed with the dispatching process. We were told that our crew should be coming from the Seattle office, and they should arrive by 8:30. Instead, the crew came via Newcastle, and arrived almost an hour late at 9:20, and we were still charged for the extra travel time. I did check traffic that morning and I90 W was wide open. This was not consistent with our previous experience were the crew arrived on-time, from the Seattle office, at 8:30.
