The follow up on two broken items was taken care of promptly.

Lopez and Hatim helped my mother move in Edmonds last Friday and I wanted to let you know what an amazing job they did. They were so personable, professional and completely put our minds at ease. Hatim even tried to help me fix a lamp that was wobbly. Great guys who deserve an extra pat on the back for their great customer service! Thank you!

Willie and Quincy were fantastic. Professional, friendly and so efficient. They took the stress out of moving. I've had bad experience with movers, but Willie and Quincy showed up right on time, greeted me with a smile and moved so quickly and did everything with a great attitude. Loved them. Thank you. Would definately call Hansen bros. again.

The two guys who moved me (Willie and Ray) were very professional and polite. They were very careful with my belongings and overall very helpful. I had a few heavy pieces or oversized pieces, but they worked hard to make everything go smoothly. They seemed like very hard workers and they seem to hustle at a fast pace without any break in between. Again, they were great and I don't know how they do that type of job everyday. Praises to them for a job well done!!

The driver made a blatant plea for a tip by saying "We're not allowed to put tips on the credit card." This irritated me, so I gave none.
