Bruce on the telephone and our movers, James and Mike were all exceptional. We have used movers several times in the past and these guys are on top - by a long shot. James and Mike could not have done more. They were extremely helpful and hard working. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Movers were scheduled to arrive 9:00 to 9:30am depending on traffic. I called at 10:00am and was told there had been a scheduling problem and they wouldn't be here until about 2:00pm. Otherwise their service and staff were very good and I would recommend them to others.

OMG! These guys were the best! Mike was our sale rep, he calmly changed our move date when I was frantic. He reassured me that all was well and there would be no problem changing the date. Two trucks and five guys: Pete, John, Brian, Dallas and Arsen showed up on time and ready to move a home and two storage areas. They gently crated my fine art. I mean, they built crates to fit each piece. The move was seamless. These men were a delight and when my energy diminished they were entertaining which make a demanding day pleasant. If you want to make a difficult day easy call Hansen Bros. moving company.

Willie, Ray and Jessy did a great job. They all had terrific attitudes and were easy to talk to. They made my parents feel very secure about a difficult experience - having lived in the same house for 40 years - moving was hard, but Willie, Ray and Jessy were wonderful!

Your people were extremely kind and courteous at all times. Very patient, working with older people can be dificult and vice versa, they were easy to be around, very helpful. They were extremely fast and, to me, made moving as acceptable as they could. Good job guys and thanks!

Great job and cost even less than estimate! I don't want to move ever again, but if I do I'm calling Hansen Brothers!

All of the guys were great. Dave estimated the weight within two hundred pounds. The mover Zack deserves special mention because he seemed to sense the special stress that people moving are experiencing. It's not something easy to describe, just a kind of thoughtfulness on top of an incredibly thorough carefully maneuvered undertaking. All of the guys worked very hard. I was extremely pleased with this crew and will gives name to two other couples we know of who have a move in the works.
