My only negative was that I was told free wardrobe boxes would be provided the day of the move, and they were not brought by the movers. The movers told me that they were not listed on the paper work. Consequently, they folded my clothes then put them in boxes. Unfortunately, they are going into storage for a week, so they will be mussed up when unpacked.

I was in the Air Force for a lot of years and made more of my share of moves. I have never encountered such professionalism and personal caring! Both Art and Quincy are SUPERB! If your other employees are equal in talent and attitude, Hansen Bros is truly blessed!!!
