Overall a great experience with one exception; after selecting Hansen Bros. and confirming with our sales person (and after two subsequent telephone conversations) we never received a formal contract therefore our move wasn't scheduled. This fact was discovered on August 22nd when my husband was at your location to purchase additional boxes and casually mentioned our move date of August 24th.

You did so great on my last move, I didn't even look at another service this time. I've recommended you in the past and I will continue to do so. Local company. Great service. Friendly employees. Decent price. Can't beat it!

The crew was truly amazing - very professional and courteous. You could tell straight away that they knew what they were doing and have moved things before (more than a handful of times). The techniques they used to move heavy and bulky items were also unique and efficient. Peter, Juan, John, and Dallas all get two thumbs up! Hansen Bros. in general was also very accomodating and able to help me out despite the number of times I had to change my move date due to new home woes... They made the moving process very easy. The only constructive comment I can make is to make it easier for the customer to know which location the mover is coming from - I had a difficult time confirming my move date since I was asked to call several different numbers before finding the correct location. If there were a system in place where calling the main number and giving your information can link you to the correct office to call for details, that would make it easier to communicate. Other than that, all was great!

Gordon O. was excellent to work with. Professional, accommodating and friendly. Blake and Kevin were the movers. They too were professional, kind, and hard working! Everyone I worked with at Hanson Bros had such a positive attitude and has made the moving experience more enjoyable than I could have asked for! I have been so impressed with Hansen Bros and would definitely recommend them!

My crew, Pete, Blake, Tao and Julian worked very fast and very skillfully. Blake would bring something downstairs and then RUN up again to get the next thing. They were very courteous and fun to work with...and intelligent about how they operated.

Jasper and Anthony were my movers on . They were nice, courteous and helpful with little extras. I appreciate the service they provided.

All in all, my experience was excellent. The only frustration was that at the end of the move, they ran out of room on the truck. I ended up having to move quite a bit of stuff myself such as some boxes, a closet, ladder, etc. I don't know if the issue was the packing or the estimating. And I did move what I thought was a lot more stuff before the movers arrived, than I had planned or discussed with Dave so I was surprised that we ran out of room. But overall the move was very good and I would certainly use you again and recommend Hansen. Thanks.

I've usually moved myself with a pick-up &/or u-haul, family and friends. This time I decided I couldn't do that again. I've seen/heard of Hansen Bros. and was very impressed from my first phone call. I was scheduled for the following week. Everything happened and cost as stated. Nazario and Joe were friendly, efficient and calm. It was a long, hot day with a lot of driving and they continued in good spirits until the last piece was in place. It was a 'smooth move' and so much easier than ever before. I'd do it again.

Tony and Raymond were excellent! My house is an older home with narrow hallways, doorways, and stairs, but they were cautious and patient with the challenges given to them, very professional! I would definitely use Hansen Brothers again! Thank you so much for making it stress free!

The crew was great. Tony did a great job keeping everyone on task. Anthony, Willie and Steven all worked hard. We were very pleased with their smiles and concern.
