Your guys got lost getting to the delivery. It was a fiasco. I had my husband go out looking for them to find their way to the house. They are wonderful men though. Could not have been nicer. It just was disappointing that they were not prepared on how to get there.

I wanted to thank Gordon and Bruce and the other office people, as well as Rick and Jerry for helping me get this done today. I was moving an apartment for a friend who is quite ill and we had a time crunch. Rick and Jerry were great and moved so fast!! Thanks again everyone!

Hansen Bros have been put on my "excellent and will use again" list. Crew introduced themselves and went straight to work. I am office manager of a business and having to work with trades that promise but don't always deliver is always a worry but Hansen Bros. were very professional and everything I hoped. Thank you so much.

Hats off to the moving crew who were required to bring furniture items to a second story apartment via a stairway! Mr. Winchester and Mr.Sapp were both extremely courtious and helpful in setting up my Sleep Number Bed properly. Great move and great crew!!

Yovany, Anthony, Jon and Willie did an outstanding job on loading day. They worked carefully, quickly and efficiently...by far the fastest load in our experience (and we have moved cross country many times). The crew was exceptionally polite, thorough and went out of their way to accommodate us. The packing crew on day one was also outstanding (Yovany, Anthony and Quincy). Thank you. We will highly recommend Hansen Bros.

We needed better direction for meeting the crew to load our porta-boxes into the moving truck. I thought they were still up in Lynnwood, but they had been relocated to Newcastle. So on moving day, my husband went up to Lynnwood to meet the truck, only to find that they were in Newcastle. It was just a hassle we didn't need on moving day, but it worked out in the end.
