Great job - really appreciated the sales guy bringing all the boxes! (Sorry, don't remember his name; my wife talked him, and would probably be mortified that I can't remember the name, but am sending this from work.) All around, great service!

Our move was accomplished in an amazing short time, especially counting the elevator holdup at the destination. We appreciate the speed and care we received.

We want to thank our movers Jasper, Art and Orlando for the physical move of our Mom's belongings and of course, Jim for the preparation. As usual, you are FANTASTIC!

First moving crew was okay, but a bit unorganized and took longer than expected for a 3/4 truck load, necessitating some overtime. Second moving crew was exceptional!

I had 3 men move me to Sequim on July 11th. I hope I get the names right here; Greg, Kevin, and John. (Please correct the names if I got them wrong). They were fast, careful, trustworthy, professional, hard working and very nice. All of my belongings arrived in perfect condition. I can't say enough about the awesome job from the packers to the movers. I have used Hansen Bros. in the past and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional,careful movers.

Willie was a great team leader for my cross-town move. I had a number of heavy items which I needed moved by strong professionals. Both Willie and Franco performed this task in an efficient and professional manner. Fragile items were handled with care, extra padding was provided where needed, and items were thoroughly secured in the truck before transport. Even though mine was a small job, I felt my belongings were handled with care and concern. I appreciated that the job was completed slightly ahead of schedule; every little bit helps.

The two gentleman, James and Joe, were very professional with the move. It went very smoothly. Thanks!

The movers were great, but it was like pulling teeth to get someone from the sales office to call me back so that I could schedule an appt for my stuff to be moved out of your storage. And even after I finally got someone to work with, there was no confirmation that paperwork was received and everything was good to go. But back to the movers. Jasper and Anthony were very professional and courteous. They did a great job unloading my furtniture and putting it in my house. They are the only reason I would recommend Hansen's to others.

Kay took over scheduling and an estimate that an associate started. My wife's father had passed away and we needed to empty his apartment asap. Kay made sure the move happened with very little advance notice. Kay took a sad, stressful situation and made it work smoothly. Many thanks from my wife and I.
