The professionalism and service and attitude were stupendous. I was very pleased with my experience and will recommend in the future. It was clear that the crews had leadership and accountablity. Both Julie (Alia) and Zach fulfilled these responsibilites. Micheal(Alia) was clearly an expert in packing (and the art field)and deservedly took pride in his work. I am sure all the delicate pieces will arrive without damage. Victoria - dug right in and completed tasks efficiently. Corey/Irwin - very strong, great attitudes. Actually seemed to like their jobs! THANK YOU!

The moving crew was superb: professional, efficient, experienced, and dedicated. They did not disappoint in any way.

It took longer than the time that was estimated with less furniture to move then estimated. The driver told the other 2 men to seperate a piece of furniture & wrap them- instead they wrapped it as one and needed to take it all apart & redo - this took an extra 25 minutes! When you are paying by the hour, that was not appreciated.

Both were very friendly but I felt the 2nd guy was not terribly interested in working. He worked as slow as possible packing and loading. My bed has a few minor dings and apparently wasn't wrapped. But overall an acceptable move.

We have had a GREAT experience with Hansen Bros from our 1st phone call & prompt responses to questions & estimates. We worked with Bruce to set up the move. He was terrific! Chris, Phillip, and Jonathan were absolutely awesome as movers for us! They were wonderfully courteous, careful & very professional. We will most definitely recommend Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage to others & will use you all should we have a move in the future!

I had my Mom's things in storage for six years and it was delivered with alot of memories. Dave & Paul were great guys and movers. Bruce was always professional and helpful. As well as John in storage.

One of your crews recently made a Mercer Island pickup of our furniture and household effects for storage and later move to our Issaquah Highlands location. This note is to let you know that the crew was amazing. Hard working young guys who were fast, efficient, hard working and careful. The move went much faster than originally estimated and the men were charming, friendly, thorough and represented your company in a manner to be proud of.
