Arsen and Kevin did an exceptional job of moving my mother. Worked quickly, but were careful with my mother's goods.

They were wonderful!

A very easy move from start to finish. The driver and his crew were very familiar with issues involving moves within retirement communities, for example they were careful about not leaving dollies and boxes etc where residents could trip. They were very polite and courteous about sharing the one elevator with residents who were going to and from lunch. Very quick and hard-working. The salesman was quite knowledgeable and thorough. He was prompt and friendly.

All the guys, James, Paul, and Joe were great! I would like to have them help me next time we move!

The two packers, Tony and Anthony never stopped working and were a pleasure to have in our home. Excellent Hansen Bros. employees!

Yovany, Eric and Johnathan were fast, polite and conscientious. We appreciated having such a great crew handle our move!

James and his crew from your Seattle base were amazing! I have moved a lot and this move was by far the best. James and his crew were very professional and took great care moving all of my things while being incredibly efficient. I will definitely recommend Hanson Bros. moving company to all of my friends. They showed up right at 9, which was the latest I was quoted. They were coming from Newcastle to South Seattle/Renton and it does NOT take an hour. They moved quickly, but toward the end of the day, they started to really slow down. At about 4:45, they told me they would be done in 15 minutes and they were done at 5:00 on the dot. That also happens to be the LATEST time from my estimate. They then charged me 1.5 hours for drive time from Federal Way back to Newcastle. The crew was very professional and courteous, but I do think they took advantage of the high estimate I received and made sure to take the entire time.

I had a very good move. The crew was pleasant, professional, and had the attitude of being glad they were at work. They were a great crew.
