Arsen, John, and Kevin were professional in every way. We especially appreciated their willingness to move the eight heavy filled filing cabinets, without our need to take out all the file folders. Hansen Bros. is my preferred mover. Thanks for a great job!

I was told the movers would arrive between 8:30 and 9, and they didn't show up until 11:45, but these guys were so great that the time issue didn't matter once they were done. They were very efficient in moving my apartment and even made it in less than the amount of time quoted to me. They were excellent.

I was told that my crew would leave the warehouse around 8:00am and show up between 8:30-9:00, and they didn't actually arrive until 10:00am. It doesn't take 2 hours to drive from Bellevue to Monroe. I don't appreciate waiting for an hour after the quoted arrival time and paying for commute time. Also, when paying by credit card, there should be a line to include a tip.

I would use Hansen Bros. again and would recommend them to my friends.

Bruce, John, the movers and everyone else I was in contact with were very helpful. We had a difficult move due to our buyers not performing on schedule making a move out date hard to pin down and our sellers not cooperating with a previously agreed upon short term rental agreement. Due to these complications we changed our local move and Porta Box delivery several times. Each time Hansen Bros. was patient and courteous. They worked hard to fit us in and got our stuff to us within a few days for which we are thankful.

It seems you hear nothing but horror stories about moving companies. My experience with Hansen Bros. was really great. Everyone I have talked to or met has been professional and did a great job! Thank you!
