Arsen, Sam, John, Dallas and Kevin did a great job.

I was told that my crew would leave the warehouse around 8:00am and show up between 8:30-9:00, and they didn't actually arrive until 10:00am. It doesn't take 2 hours to drive from Bellevue to Monroe. I don't appreciate waiting for an hour after the quoted arrival time and paying for commute time. Also, when paying by credit card, there should be a line to include a tip.

I would use Hansen Bros. again and would recommend them to my friends.

Bruce, John, the movers and everyone else I was in contact with were very helpful. We had a difficult move due to our buyers not performing on schedule making a move out date hard to pin down and our sellers not cooperating with a previously agreed upon short term rental agreement. Due to these complications we changed our local move and Porta Box delivery several times. Each time Hansen Bros. was patient and courteous. They worked hard to fit us in and got our stuff to us within a few days for which we are thankful.

It seems you hear nothing but horror stories about moving companies. My experience with Hansen Bros. was really great. Everyone I have talked to or met has been professional and did a great job! Thank you!

One of the guys that came out was clearly not up to the task - too old and out of shape. But they replaced him with someone else, and overall I was highly impressed with the crew!

The guys were great! Very nice. They took care of all my stuff. They wrapped and padded my tv, furniture, sofa, etc very well!! I will definitely recommend you to others.

A good move. You need to give a broader range on your estimates --- our total came in about double the estimate, but there were additional adders --- but still about 30% more work and time than I'd expected. But your cost for the extra work was reasonable and the workers did a fine job.
