I rated this experience extraordinary overall because the service provided by Linda K., Arsen S. and Mike V. was skilled and personal despite the fact that I was merely shuffling furniture at my condo. I have used Hansen Bros. for many moves over the last 20+ years, and also your storage services. This was the best move yet and the packers were wonderful - every box was labeled with the correct contents and was well padded. I have once again been pleased and will pass along your name when someone is looking for a quality move. My packers were Arsen, Dallas and Cameron & my movers were: Arsen, Cameron, Blake and Robert. This was the best moving team I have ever worked with.

I felt that my move went really smoothly, even though the elevator in my building unexpectedly stopped working the day of the move and the crew ended up having to carry everything down three flights of stairs. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and pleasant. I definitely feel like I made the right choice in hiring Hanson Bros. and that if I had gone with another company it could have been a different story.

The crew that helped us with our move this time was fabulous. They were extra-cautious not to ding up any walls and moved us in flawlessly. Also, we really appreciated the very positive attitude.

The moving crew was wonderful to work with! It was unfortunate that 2 paintings were damaged. One went to Hansen Bros. to have the frame fixed. The other we didn't notice until a few days later and we have sent it to be repaired.

The guys did an outstanding job! They worked very hard lugging big pieces up and down the stairs. I was very impressed!
